OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An apparent gunfight breaks out in northwest Oklahoma City Saturday morning, leaving one man dead and another in a local hospital.

Police Lieutenant David Ellis says the shooting happened about 8 o'clock Saturday morning when two men got into a dispute over a woman one of the men had previously dated.

Ellis says it's unclear who initiated the gunfire, but the former and current boyfriend traded shots through the backdoor of the home. The ex-boyfriend was outside the house, and was found dead by police in the backyard.

The other man suffered gun shots to his arm, and is being treated at a local hospital. Ellis says that man's injuries are not life-threatening.

The woman was inside the home with her boyfriend during the shooting, but was not injured.

The names of those involved haven't been released.
