BARTLESVILLE, Okla. (AP) -- A 19-year-old Pawhuska girl who was hurt in a crash earlier this week has died of her injuries.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Rose Allyson Ward died today at a Tulsa hospital as a result of the injuries she suffered in a crash on U.S. Highway 60 near Bartlesville.
The highway patrol says Ward was a passenger in a 1996 Honda that slid off the highway around 11:30 a-m Thursday, with the passenger side making contact with a tree.
The driver was treated for his injuries and released from a Bartlesville hospital. The highway patrol listed drugs as a potential factor in the crash.
