LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Texas A&M's Simone Facey won the 100- and 200-meter dash and was part of the winning 4x100 relay as the Aggies sprinted past Nebraska on Sunday to take their first Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

The Aggies picked up 19 points in the 100-meter dash, 22 points in the 200-meter dash and 10 points in the relay as they overcame a 58-point deficit to start the day. Texas A&M finished with 140 points, Nebraska had 117 and Texas ended with 89.

The Texas A&M women won their first Big 12 title at the conference indoor meet in February.

On the men's side of the meet, Oklahoma took the lead in Sunday's field events and went on to win its first Big 12 track championship.

Oklahoma had 110.5 points, Texas Tech finished with 100 points and Texas ended with 96. Oklahoma's last conference outdoor title came in 1978 when the Sooners won the Big 8 conference meet in Lincoln.

Facey, a junior from Jamaica, set Big 12 meet and Ed Weir Stadium records with a 200-meter time of 22.49 seconds. She ran 11.19 seconds against the wind in the 100 meters for a personal best.

Facey clapped her hands repeatedly after crossing the finish line of the 200, then dropped into a crouch for a quick rest before bouncing back up and clapping again.

``I was a little shaky for the first five meters,'' she said. ``I just had to execute. I kept pushing and pushing and really got going at the end.''

The A&M relay team also set a stadium record with its time of 43.67 seconds in the 4x100 relay, handing Texas its first Big 12 defeat in the race.

Sooner Kevin Bookout, who also played basketball for Oklahoma, won the shotput with a throw of 62 feet 8 inches and Shardae Boutte and Tydree Lewis took first and second in the long jump.

``This is great for us,'' Bookout said. ``It's the first time we've won the Big 12. It's a great achievement for Oklahoma.''

Bookout who was part of a pair of Big 12 basketball titles, the 2003 tournament championship and 2005 regular season championship.

``It's the same feeling,'' he said. ``You win a Big 12 championship, you win a Big 12 championship. I'm a two-sport Big 12 champion. I don't know of too many people who can say that. This is awesome.''

The Sooners fell behind Texas briefly after Longhorn Leonel Manzano won the 1500 meters. But Oklahoma retook the lead with second and fourth place finishes in the pole vault and never trailed afterward.

Marcus Pugh won the 100 meter dash and finished second in the 200 for the Sooners.

Two other Big 12 outdoor meet records were set Sunday. Kansas State's Scott Sellers set a new high jump mark at 7 feet 7 3/4 inches. Jordan Scott of Kansas tied the pole vault record at 18 feet 2 1/2 inches.
