ATHENS, Ga. (AP) -- Ryan Peisel and Gordon Beckham had 2 RBIs apiece and Stephen Dodson pitched a complete game to lead Georgia to a 6-1 victory over Arkansas on Friday night.
Dodson (4-4) allowed 1 run, 3 hits and struck out 6.
The Bulldogs (14-24, 6-10) jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the 2nd inning on Joey Lewis' solo homer, Peisel's 2-run triple and a 2-run homer by Beckham.
The Razorbacks (30-11, 11-5) scored a run in the 3rd when Danny Hamblin had a solo homer, but they never got any closer.
Nick Schmidt (8-1) gave up 6 runs, 7 hits but didn't allow a walk in 8 innings for Arkansas. He also had 4 strikeouts.
