OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Governor Brad Henry is ordering all flags on state property to fly at half-staff in honor of those killed in the shooting at Virginia Tech University. Henry's directive follows President Bush's order that all U.S. flags at federal locations fly at half-staff through Sunday, April 22.

Henry issued a statement saying it is difficult to understand the magnitude of the tragedy and that Oklahomans join Americans in mourning the loss of life in the Virginia shooting.

Authorities in Virginia say a student killed 32 people then himself in a rampage that started in a dorm and ended in a building across campus.
