A dangerous reminder of eastern Oklahoma’s January ice storms. Sand on a Tulsa highway played a factor in a Monday morning accident between a car and a dump truck on U.S. Highway 412 in downtown Tulsa.
Tulsa Police say the stories of the driver of the car and dump truck differed about what happened, but both say the car appeared to spin on sand that was on the roadway.
No one was injured.
