Tulsa Police are looking for two suspects after they broke into a Tulsa apartment late Tuesday evening and demanded money. The incident happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Shenendoah Valley Apartments in the 14000 block of East 24th Street. Tulsa Police say the two suspects, both 20 years of age, forced their way into the apartment. Police officers say the pair had guns and wore hoodies. The suspects demanded money and hit one of the victims in the apartment on the head.
Tulsa Police say the two suspects managed to get some cash, a debit card and a TV before they escaped by jumping over a second story balcony. A resident of the apartment, which was struck in the head had a small cut, but will be okay.
If you have any information about the two suspects or the incident, please call Crimestoppers at 596-COPS. You could receive a cash reward and you can remain anonymous.
Tulsa Police say that if you're ever the victim of a home invasion the best thing to do is to cooperate and then call 911. Officials say nine times out of ten, criminals just want the money.
