Hornets' Chandler Tops League In Field-Goal Percentage

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) New Orleans' Hornets center Tyson Chandler is leading the NBA in field-goal percentage at 62%.
NBA statistics show Chandler has made 249 of 401 attempts this year, making him tops in the league.
Chandler also is 2nd in the league in rebounds-per-game with a 12.4 average. That's second only to Minnesota's Kevin Garnett, who is averaging 12.6 per game. Garnett has 807 total rebounds, compared to 805 for Chandler.
Meanwhile, Hornet's guard Chris Paul shows up on the NBA leader list ranked 4th in assists per game. Paul is dishing out an average of 8.7 rebounds per game. Paul trails only Steve Nash of Phoenix at 11.6 per game, Deron Williams of Utah at 9.3 and Jason Kidd of New Jersey with 9.1.
