Students Get A Taste Of Some Fine Dining

Some local kids enjoyed a fancy lunch Wednesday, courtesy of Tulsa Public Schools. 23 students at Lanier Elementary School were treated to a 4 course, gourmet meal. It's all part of Tulsa Public Schools' fine dining experience.

The school district says the kids loved it.

"They get to go home and tell their parents, no elbows on the table and which silverware to use and how to dine in a nice restaurant when an opportunity comes up," said Child Nutrition Director of Operations Kit Hines.

This is the third year Tulsa Public Schools has participated in the program.
