COPAN, Okla. (AP) -- An Oklahoma City woman dies when the car in which she was riding collides with another vehicle in Washington County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 20-year-old Kristina Kroboth died at the scene of the accident about 4 p.m. Sunday near Copan.
Troopers say a car driven by Matthew Hambright was headed west on a county road when it failed to stop at a stop sign and hit the northbound car Kroboth was in on the passenger side.
The impact threw Hambright from his vehicle, but he was listed in fair condition at Jane Phillips Hospital in Bartlesville.
The driver of the vehicle Kroboth was in is listed in serious condition at the Bartlesville hospital. Troopers say David Custer's vehicle became airborne during the collision.
Troopers also said it was raining and the pavement was wet at the time of the accident.
