A 20-year-old woman is in the Tulsa County jail after Broken Arrow Police say she tried to rob a convenience store in the 800 block of North Elm Place with a toy gun. Police arrested Alysa Medrick early Thursday morning.
Police say the store clerk knew the weapon was fake and ordered Medrick to leave.
Police officers stopped Medrick a few blocks away from the store and took her into custody on complaints of attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.
