ExpressJet has put out the ‘help wanted’ sign and is looking for workers in Tulsa. The airline is planning to begin non-stop service to six cities April 16th, which are currently unavailable from Tulsa International Airport.
ExpressJet already flies into the Tulsa market working under the name Continental Express. Those flights will continue, and ExpressJet officials say they will begin new flights to Tulsa beginning in April. The new non-stop flights on ExpressJet are from Tulsa to Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Diego, Austin, San Antonio and Albuquerque.
Plans for the new flights are taking off, but Expressjet says their Tulsa operation still needs more staff.
Applicants can take their resumes to the Holiday Inn on 5000 East Skelly Drive Friday. ExpressJet representatives will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
