Investigators say a child walking to school spotted a man who had been shot at the Rosewalk Apartments in the 8100 block of East 19th Street. It happened just after 8 a.m. Monday.

Tulsa Police officers say a Hispanic man was shot at his apartment. It's not clear where the victim was shot, but officers say there were complications, so he was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Investigators are combing the scene for evidence, but so far they say they've found no witnesses.
