Tulsa homicide detectives tell the News On 6, they are working the city's 13th homicide of the year.

Tulsa Police say a 2-month old baby, who was not breathing, was taken to a local hospital on Sunday. A doctor at the hospital told police he noticed additional injuries as well. The baby died and the state medical examiner has ruled the case a homicide.

Tulsa child crisis detectives are investigating.
