OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The New Orleans Hornets are on the road at Sacramento tonight as they look for a third straight win and to stay in the playoff chase.

The Hornets are in eleventh place in the race for eight playoff spots but are just three games out of eighth place.

The Hornets could jump into a tie for ninth place with Minnesota if they win tonight and Golden State and Minnesota each lose.

Minnesota is at Houston while Golden State is at Indiana.

Tip-off for tonight's Hornets-Sacramento game is at 9.
