Police are investigating a fatal accident, it happened around 11 p.m. Saturday near 5th and Cheyenne.

The driver of a minivan hit a traffic light, and a fire hydrant before the van rolled, said police. Officers believe the driver was speeding.

A female passenger died at the scene. The male driver was taken to a Tulsa hospital, his condition is unknown.
