A water line broke at the 11th and 133rd intersection in Tulsa overnight. It happened around 2:30 AM Wednesday.

The broken water line caused water to flow across 133rd East Avenue and down the hill heading straight for the 11th and 129th intersection.

Officials knew the water would freeze. So crews were sent to try and get the snow and ice off the intersection before the water froze.
