OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The death toll due to a winter storm across Oklahoma now appears to be 20 with the death of a civilian worker at Altus Air Force Base.

Investigator Kevin Rowland with the state medical examiner's office says the worker slipped and hit his head as he was knocking ice off an airplane at the base.

Fourteen people have died in traffic accidents on slick roadways and Rowland says five deaths in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Chickasha, Delaware County and Logan County are possibly due to hypothermia.
