A domestic dispute overnight sends one person to the Tulsa County jail.

Officers were called to a home in Oakhurst around 12:30 AM Friday. They say a man tried to break into his ex-wife's house. He ended up leaving and police arrested him at his home. He did have a prior conviction and there was a shotgun in his home.

He was booked into jail on a complaint of attempted first degree burglary.
