OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma Congressman Dan Boren has largely supported President Bush's Iraq policies but says he doesn't support increasing the number of troops sent to Iraq.

The president is expected to announce tonight a plan to send more soldiers to Iraq.

Boren says that would increase the number of troops being killed with no guarantee of success. He says US troops are already caught in the middle of a civil war.

But Boren also says he would not support any effort to limit funding for more troops as a way to defeat Bush's plan.
