STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ The Oklahoma State basketball has lost another player to injury, at least for one game.
Sophomore starting guard Terrel Harris suffered an eye injury during the weekend and would not play in Tuesday night's game against Southwestern Oklahoma State, the school said in a release.
The injury is called a ``non-displaced orbital rim and floor fracture'' by consulting Doctor Donald Crawley.
``At this time, we do not believe he needs surgery. We will rem-evaluate his injury once the swelling lessens,'' Crawley said.
Details of how the injury occurred were not released, but head coach Sean Sutton said it was ``non-sports related.
``Terrel is an integral part of our program and we're looking forward to getting him back on the court as quickly as possible,'' Sutton said.
It wasn't known yet whether Harris, who is averaging 11.5 five points and 4.1 rebounds per game, will be available to play in Saturday's Big 12 opener against Baylor.
OSU has already lost freshman Obi Muonelo for the season with a broken ankle and are down to three guards _ JamesOn Curry and Byron Eaton plus former walk-on Tyler Hatch.
