Broken Arrow Police need your help tonight identifying a serial flasher. Investigators have released surveillance video of the man they are only calling a person of interest in several indecent exposure cases. They hope someone will recognize the man you're about to see and turn him in. News on 6 anchor Jennifer Loren talked with Broken Arrow Police.

Take a close look at this. Look for the man in a yellow t-shirt. This is surveillance video from the Wal Mart Spercenter on 71st Street in Broken Arrow. Here the man is in the girls clothing section. You can't tell what he's doing. But at some point, his victims say, he exposed himself to them.

This video was taken back in August. But police didn't realize they had a potential repeat offender on their hands until another incident at the same Wal Mart last weekend.

Investigators say the victims in last weekend's incident identified the man in that video as the same man who exposed himself to them at this Wal Mart.

Now police believe the same man may be responsible for at least four similar incidents, all at Broken Arrow Wal Marts. The victims are all young girls in the girls clothing department.

Major Mark Irwin, Broken Arrow Police: "To me this individual has selected targets and the targets are juvenile girls and so far the youngest being 12 years old and so that certainly is a concern of mine and to this police department's."

Another concern for police is the timing of the last incident. It was at 4 o-clock on Saturday, during the busiest time of year.

Major Mark Irwin, Broken Arrow Police: "Well it kind of surprises me and the detective whos investigating it that he's brazen enough to do this during the shopping season when there's more people out and more potential witnesses."

That could be a sign that these indecent exposures could lead to even worse behavior.

Major Mark Irwin, Broken Arrow Police: "This could be construed as the initial stages of further deviant behavior and it does concern us that this could progress into something more dangerous for the victims."

If you recognize him, call police immediately. The number to call is 259-8400. That's the Broken Arrow Police Department and you can remain anonymous.
