Brent Caldwell, the pilot who survived a plane crash into Grand Lake, is being sued.
Caldwell is a co-owner of a defunct car dealership and is involved in a more than $1.5 million lawsuit.
Court records indicate two Pryor banks are suing Hawkes Motor Company, Brent Caldwell and others for failing to pay loans on the Pryor dealership. According to the Pryor Daily Times, the suit also claims Caldwell and his fellow defendants sold-off inventory and pocketed the money.
One of the banks has initiated foreclosure proceedings on the dealership property.
