SEATTLE (AP) More than 600-thousand utility customers in Washington and Oregon remain without power.
Utility companies say some might have to wait into the coming week for their lights to come back on.
Washington Governor Chris Gregoire has declared a state of emergency. With temperatures expected to drop over the weekend, officials are warning people not to use outdoor grills, propane heaters or other equipment that generate carbon monoxide indoors.
The worst windstorm in more than a decade knocked out power to more than one and a-half million homes and businesses and killed at least six people.
