TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) -- Prosecutors charge an accountant who works for several rural water districts in eastern Oklahoma.

Otto Stewart Junior was charged last week with six counts of felony embezzlement for allegedly taking more than $50,000 from five rural water districts.

He works out of Tahlequah.

Stewart is scheduled to appear in court on January 8th.
