OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Authorities say a 4-year-old boy who died over the weekend suffocated after getting his head stuck in a partially opened window of the family's vehicle.
The state medical examiner's office identified the victim as Benjamin Henson of Oklahoma City. Chief Investigator Kevin Rowland says the boy was trying to climb into the rear window of a full-size van when he became stuck.
Police say the boy lived at the home on Sooner Road in far southeast Oklahoma City. The boy's father sells firewood from the home and was making a sale when he discovered the child hanging from the van's window.
The boy was transported to Norman Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
