One person is in custody, accused of shooting a Tulsa man overnight.

Tulsa Police arrested Bryant Washington after the victim gave them a description and identified him as the shooter. Washington is accused of firing several shots at the Landing Apartments near 12th Street and Peoria after an altercation.

Police say five shots were fired. One hit the victim in the neck, but his injury is not considered life threatening.
