STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) -- The eighth annual First Amendment Congress sponsored by FOI Oklahoma will be Thursday and Friday in Stillwater.

Thursday's programs are aimed at high school students and educators while Friday's events feature programs for college students and professionals.

The meetings will be at Oklahoma State and focus on efforts to balance conflicts between the different freedoms that are protected by the First Amendment to the US Constitution.

The winners of the high school and college essay contests will also be announced during the meetings.
