Some Union High School students were late to school Tuesday after a car hit their bus.

The accident happened around 8 AM Tuesday on US highway 169 near 41st Street. The school bus was clipped by another vehicle that lost control and veered into the center lane then hit another car.

The driver of that car was sent to St. Francis Hospital with minor neck injuries.

None of the students on the school bus were injured.
