A former Creek County judge convicted of indecent exposure comes up for parole.

The special prosecutor in Donald Thompson's case says he'll object. Thompson began serving a four year prison term in August after he was convicted of exposing himself while presiding over trials.

The state Pardon and Parole board will consider parole on the first year of the prison term. If it's granted, Thompson will begin serving the second year of his term, and would not be released.

The prosecutor calls it ridiculous.
