Tulsa honors Americaâ€™s veterans.

Despite the chilly temperatures, hundreds participated and watch the annual parade as it wound its way through the downtown area.

SkyNews 6 gave us the best view in town on the festivites.

There are more than 25 million veterans in America, more than 9 million of them are women.

Veteran's Day is actually Saturday, but it is being observed Friday.

A number of Tulsa area high school bands, veterans, and military units participated in the parade.
