Testimony began Wednesday in the trial of Allen Weddle, the Oologah man accused of stabbing a paramedic after she refused to give him morphine.
Oologah Police say Weddle stabbed Emily O'Banion in the face, hands, stomach and arms outside of the EMS station in Oologah in May of last year.
O'Banion took the stand Wednesday afternoon in a Rogers County courtroom to describe the attack. She told the court, Weddle first stabbed her in the stomach after she refused to give him morphine.
O'Banion also says that was not the first time she had trouble with Weddle. She says he threatened her a week before the attack when she would not give him morphine.
