ADA, Okla. (AP) -- About 60 Army Reserve soldiers with an Ada-based unit will be heading to Iraq.
The Department of the Army announced Tuesday that the first group of about 40 soldiers from the 458th Adjutant General Company will be deployed November 13th for training in Indiana before departing for Iraq.
A second group of about 20 soldiers will depart for training December 4th.
The soldiers will undergo additional combat training as well as refresher training in their military speciality.
The mission of the 458th is to operate multiple-branch post offices.
