A deadly hit and run accident in Tulsa leaves one man dead and another behind bars.

Floyd Williams is being held on more than $120,000 bond in the Tulsa County jail on complaints of second-degree murder, eluding police and driving under the influence.

Tulsa Police say 52 year-old Terry Maxey was struck and killed on his motorcycle near Riverside and Denver Saturday afternoon.

Officers tell the News on 6, Floyd Williams fled the scene of that accident, led them on a high speed chase, and crashed his Mercedes in a midtown neighborhood.

Williams' first court date is set for Friday.
