OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Two people ensnared in an investigation of the Oklahoma Tax Commission plead guilty to charges.
Donald -R- Robinson admitted Friday that he bribed Tax Commission employees and pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to defraud the state. Robinson was sentenced to ten years of probation and ordered to reimburse the state $130,000.
45-year-old Theresa Moyers also pleaded guilty and will be sentenced January 5th for conspiracy and perjury.
Moyers and Robinson -- co-owners of Carrier Services LLC -- were indicted in 2003 for a scheme that cheated the state out of trucking fees.
One owner, Larrie Moyers, went to prison for a time for his role.
