OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Three former employees of a bottling company in Muskogee were named in multicounty grand jury indictments unsealed Monday.

Kevin Thompson, Steve Witcraft and Michael Plant all worked at the Love Bottling Company.

The three are accused of participating in a scheme to steal soft drinks and then sell them under the table to a third party for a profit.

The indictments against Thompson and Witcraft were unsealed in Muskogee County District Court, while Plant's indictment was unsealed in McIntosh County District Court.

Witcraft's attorney says his client maintains his innocence and looks forward to presenting the case to a jury.

A fourth indictment scheduled to be released in McIntosh County remained sealed when the defendant failed to show up.
