OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Texas oilman and Oklahoma native Boone Pickens is predicting oil prices will soon be rising again.

The price of a barrel of oil has fallen below $59 but Pickens says he believes the price will be $70 per barrel before it's $50 a barrel again. And he believes gasoline will be more than four-dollars per gallon - possibly by next summer.

Pickens was in Oklahoma City for an appearance at the Oklahoma Economic Club.
