NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Some changes are coming in the seating arrangement for future Oklahoma-Texas games.
The Cotton Bowl is divided with OU fans in the south end and Texas fans in the north end.
That arrangement puts the OU fans over the tunnel entrance to the playing field where they can cheer the Sooners and yell at the Longhorns.
But in the latest agreement OU approved a request by Texas to allow the designated home team to choose which half of the stadium its fans will sit in.
Oklahoma is the designated home team this year and Sooner fans will be in the south half of the stadium.
