A new accident report on a deadly boating accident on Grand Lake this summer indicates drivers and passengers on both boats had been drinking before going out on the lake.

A Georgia man died when his Formula boat collided with a Sea Ray near Drowning Creek July 30th. After the collision, the Sea Ray left the scene.

So far, no charges have been filed.

Delaware County prosecutors are waiting on a computer generated re-creation to decide what charges should be filed.
