The Fraternal Order of Police could vote as early as next week on a pay raise proposal offered by Tulsaâ€™s mayor.

A FOP negotiation team has already looked at the offer. Now Mayor Kathy Taylor wants to brief the city council.

If FOP members accept the compensation package, Tulsans would not have to vote on a police 8 percent pay hike that an arbitrator has already ruled they should receive.
