LAWTON, Okla. (AP) -- An English and foreign languages professor at Cameron University in Lawton is donating $10,000 to the school's foundation.

The money from John Morris will be used to hep recognize outstanding students of poetry.

School officials say a poetry contest will be organized and open to all Cameron undergraduate students and the first award will be presented next April.
