Tulsans had a chance to get inked this weekend. The first-ever Oklahoma body art festival was held at 'The Hive' downtown.
The event featured more than 30 tattoo artists from all over the country. Some celebrities in the tatooing world were also on hand, including 'Enigma', one of the most tatooed men in the world.
Organizers say the impending legalization of tatooing in oklahoma has created opportunities for body artists. "A lot of artists from here would go elsewhere for work, now they'll set up shop here. obviously people will come from out of town to take advantage of the opportunity" said Matt Stevens, festival organizer.
Earlier this year, Oklahoma became the last state in the country to legalize tattooing.
