OGDEN, Kan. (AP) _ A Kansas gun dealer says he's considering donating some paperwork Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh filled out to the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum.

Pat Livingston says he has the paperwork from McVeigh's purchase of a .45-caliber Glock McVeigh had with him after detonating a rented truck filled with explosives outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.

But Livingston says there's one other thing he'd like -- the gun. He says McVeigh paid for the weapon with a bad check and feels he's owed the gun.

Livingston says he's been told by the FBI that the gun won't be returned. An FBI spokesman in Washington said all the Oklahoma City bombing evidence is in storage, but that Livingston is welcome to file a claim on the weapon.
