STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Hoping to rebound from an injury marred season, Oklahoma State sophomore Bobby Reid will start as quarterback Saturday when the Cowboys host Missouri State.
Donovan Woods opened for the Cowboys last season as quarterback while Reid played some at wide receiver.
Reid became the starter in week 3 but was sidelined with a foot injury.
OSU struggled with so much change at quarterback and offensive coordinator Larry Fedora's new offense.
But OSU head coach Mike Gundy says he believes Reid is gaining maturity as all college players do.
The Cowboys finished 4-7 last season.
