Tulsa Police are looking for a suspect in the shooting death of a 21-year-old man. It happened around 7:30 PM Sunday in the 4600 block of North Cheyenne.

Neighbors say they heard three gunshots and saw a man lying next to the roadway. When officers arrived, the man was dead. His name has not been released. Tulsa Police say this could be a drive by shooting.
