CLAREMORE, Okla. (AP) _ A preliminary report on a deadly plane crash at an air show in Claremore offers no initial theory on why the plane went down.

Pilot Rodger Modglin died Sunday, the day after his aerobatic plane crashed while flying upside down during the Wings Over Oklahoma air show.

The preliminary report says the controls on the plane were in working order and not the cause of the crash. The report says the investigation into other possible causes, including inspection of the engine, will take more time.
