OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The Oklahoma attorney general's office says problems uncovered by a U-S Department of Justice investigation have been fixed at the state's only maximum security juvenile facility.

The Justice Department investigation found youths at the LE Rader Center in Sand Springs were having sex with staff members and each other, being abused by staff and overdosing on psychotropic drugs. The department threatened a federal lawsuit if the state didn't take corrective action.

The attorney general's office now says it believes the incidents are not systemic, and that the constitutional rights of everyone at the center are being protected.
