WASHINGTON (AP) _ Parents with questions about their children's education can get advice from school principals and psychologists through a free, anonymous hotline starting Sunday.

For the 16th year, the National Association of Elementary School Principals will field questions on reading problems, discipline, testing, school safety and other subjects. Members of the National Association of School Psychologists will also provide answers for callers.

The hotline, originating from the principals' conference in Baltimore, Md., will be available in English and Spanish. The hotline will operate from 1-7 p.m. EDT Sunday, 7 a.m.-7 p.m. EDT Monday and 7 a.m.-1 p.m. EDT Tuesday. The number is 1-800-944-1601.
