There's still no resolution over the proposed F&M Bank at 71st and Harvard. The project was approved by the city council, and then rejected.
That's led to a lawsuit by F&M for damages from five council members. The development was once again in front of the city council Thursday night, but it wasn't voted on.
Four councilors named in the F&M suit recused themselves from the vote, got up and walked out. That left the remaining council members without a quorum, and no choice but to adjourn the meeting with the issue unresolved.
