The third victim of a boating accident on Keystone Lake has been found more than three weeks after the accident happened on March 12th.

Richard Dale Watts' body was recovered near where the boat capsized. The body of Johnny Graves was found last weekend.

12-year-old Lemiah Denny's body was recovered the day after the accident.
